My first gaming anything was my grandpa's Commodore 64. Lots of fond memories playing Pac-Man and Carmen Sandiego with him on there. But once the NES came along, the rest was history.
Jack was definitely NOT "afraid of the 'mob'" - he was absolutely fearless. NO. Bally was the first arcade game company to license games to Commodore and it would have been bad form to do a deal with their competitor (Nintendo). That was the basis of Jack's decision.

The intriguing history of the C64 and the forks in the road of commodore is really interesting. Will definitely check out the book over the holidays!!
